This building is a historical site, constructed in 1904 by Talbert and Leatherman.  It is the oldest remaining building in the city of Huntington Beach.
	Past business at this location include: Feed and Fuel Store Japanese Grocery Music Company Army / Navy Store Christian Meeting Room
It was fully restored to it’s original condition in 1990 to become  The Longboard Restaurant  & Pub. Owners: Dave Lautner Bruce Milliken Reid Davis
